Tradjent is a behavioral trading journal for retail traders. It logs every trade you take, analyzes the patterns behind your P&L, and gives you a Trade Clearance status before each trade based on YOUR rules and your day's behavior. Tradjent is not a brokerage — it does not execute trades or connect to your broker account.
If your password isn't working, tap "Forgot password?" on the Sign In screen. Tradjent will email you a reset link — open it on the same phone where you installed the app, and you'll be brought back to set a new password. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and verify the email you entered matches the one you used to sign up. Still stuck? Email info@novatraxglob.com from the address on your account.
Open the app → tap the Profile tab → tap Membership → tap Tradjent Pilot → tap Subscribe. Apple's purchase sheet will appear and you'll confirm with Face ID / Touch ID. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account at $14.99/month and auto-renew until canceled.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), not by Tradjent directly. On iOS: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Tradjent Pilot → Cancel Subscription. On Android: open Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Tradjent Pilot → Cancel. Your Pilot access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your trades stay — they don't disappear when you downgrade.
Refunds for App Store / Google Play subscriptions are handled by Apple and Google directly — Tradjent (Novatrax Global LLC) does not process refunds for store-purchased subscriptions. To request a refund on iOS, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, go to your Google Play order history and request a refund. We're happy to support your request — email info@novatraxglob.com and we'll help where we can.
Tap the voice button in Capture, hold it while you describe the trade (e.g. "long ES at 5240, 2 contracts, stop 5230, target 5260"), and release. Tradjent sends the audio to our backend for transcription, then auto-fills your trade form with the extracted symbol, direction, price, size, stop, and target. You can edit anything before saving. Audio is processed for transcription only — we don't keep raw audio after transcript generation unless you've enabled saved audio. See the privacy policy for full detail.
No. Tradjent is a journal and decision-support tool. It does not execute trades, place orders, manage funds, or connect to any brokerage account. You log trades you've already taken (or are considering), and Tradjent gives you behavioral feedback. All trading actions happen on your broker's platform, not in Tradjent.
No. Tradjent is not a financial advisor, investment adviser, broker-dealer, or signal service. Clearance statuses (CLEAR, CAUTION, GROUNDED), AI outputs, behavioral scores, and pattern labels are informational only — they're built from YOUR rules and YOUR history, not predictions about the market. To delete your account, open the app → Profile → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated trading data. For data export or other privacy requests under CCPA / GDPR, email info@novatraxglob.com with your account email. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request and will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Your account credentials (email, hashed password) are stored securely with our authentication provider so you can sign in across devices. Your trades, voice notes, and behavioral data are stored on your device and synced via our backend. Voice audio is sent to our transcription provider for processing and is not retained after transcript generation unless you've enabled saved audio. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
